On a crisp winter evening in January 2025, we transformed the iconic Atlantis The Palm ballroom into an ethereal winter paradise. The Winter Gala welcomed over 500 high-profile guests, from UAE’s business leaders to international celebrities.
The couple wanted an intimate yet grand destination wedding with close family and friends, filled with personal touches that reflected their journey together. From a color palette of soft blush and gold to incorporating their favorite Bollywood melodies, every detail was designed to make the day uniquely theirs.
Location & Venue Selection
Dubai offered a blend of luxury, accessibility, and stunning backdrops. After scouting multiple locations, we finalized The Palm Resort for its ocean views and elegant indoor ballroom. The welcome dinner was hosted on a private yacht cruising around the Marina.

Planning across time zones meant countless late-night calls with the couple. Our team handled vendor coordination, décor mock-ups, and even a last-minute rain plan that thankfully wasn’t needed.
The wedding day started with an early morning beachside ceremony, followed by an evening reception. The groom arrived on a vintage convertible, while the bride made a grand entrance on a floral walkway lined with candles.
